The information we use
The request form collects your name, contact details, hotel, group size, date and optional notes. We also record the page or place from which you make the request so we can handle it in context. Please do not send payment details or passport copies through this form.
Processing and retention
We use these details to handle the service you request and share necessary information only with providers involved in that service. Completed or cancelled requests are removed from this application after 365 days. Open enquiries may be retained longer while being resolved. Backup copies can remain for up to 30 additional days. This website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is required for the protected administration area.
External photos and videos
Some place pages display embedded photos and videos from Instagram or YouTube. These load automatically when the page opens or when you scroll to them. The provider receives your IP address and may use its own cookies. Original sources and image licenses are listed under “Sources & business information” at the end of each place page.
Contact and corrections
You can use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details. Please include your reference if available.
